This website is operated by UNICO Events Co. LTD on behalf of Expansion Dieppe for the event Banquet Expansion Dieppe. By accessing this website and purchasing tickets, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information about Banquet Expansion Dieppe and facilitate ticket purchases.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and guest details are correct.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Planning Pod, which uses Stripe as its payment processor.

UNICO Events Co. LTD and Expansion Dieppe do not store or have access to full payment details.

Charges may appear on your credit card statement under “UNICO Events Co. LTD.”

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event with written notice to myevent@unicoeventsco.com.

No refunds will be issued for inability to attend due to personal, professional, travel-related, or other reasons.

In the event of reasonable modifications to the date, schedule, or format, tickets will remain valid.

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we may, at our sole discretion and without further obligation:

Offer a credit toward a future event; or
Provide an equivalent alternative solution

No further liability shall apply.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to:

Schedule adjustments
Venue modifications
Speaker or program changes

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

6. Admission and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any individual for:

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Failure to comply with event policies
Safety or security concerns

This event is intended for individuals aged 19 and older.

7. Photography and Media

The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, and voice may be captured and used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

If you have concerns, please contact us in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Expansion Dieppe, UNICO Events Co. LTD., or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

15. Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. You agree to attend at your own risk.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health events, government restrictions, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events.
